You are recommended to contact our after-sale Customer Service (email address: firstname.lastname@example.org ) before returning an item and they will give you some useful advice.
Items must be in the condition you received them with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UNUSED within 7 days of delivery. The items are your responsibility until it reaches us. Buyers are required to bear items returning shipping cost. For your own protection, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method. For express refund or exchange, please attach a note with the following information:
1. Your user name
2. Your order number and product code/product name
3. Refund account
4. A refund or replacement as the solution for your return
Please be noted delays may be caused by incomplete information mentioned above.
wholesaleofclothing offers partial or full refund on most items within 3 days of receiving your goods. The first step in the refunds process is to contact our Customer Service.
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.
We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.
